Public tools
The calculator, opportunity finder and demo lab run in your browser. They do not send their inputs to our team. Briefs are downloaded only when you choose; a confirmed handoff may temporarily use browser session storage to prefill the inquiry form. Do not enter confidential records.
Project helper
The default helper uses local guided categories. If a live AI connection is activated, the interface labels it before use; messages entered in that mode are sent to the configured AI service. It does not access private client files, make commitments or send a lead without a separate confirmed form submission.
Forms and inquiries
When intake is enabled, submitted contact details, your request, selected service, source tag and consent choices are stored in the configured database. Authorized staff can review them. Optional notifications or CRM synchronization may transmit relevant request details to configured service providers. When the connection is unavailable, we say the request was not sent and offer a download or email route.
Accounts and marketplace
When enabled, the workspace uses email-code sign-in. Session credentials are held in restricted cookies. Project drafts, builder profiles and applications are stored in the configured account database. Sanitized summaries and profiles become public only with consent and moderator approval. Competing applications are not public.
Vendors and operating data
The site is prepared for Vercel hosting and Supabase storage/authentication. Optional AI uses Anthropic; optional email uses Resend; optional CRM uses Pipedrive. Actual activated services depend on deployment configuration. Hosting and configured providers may process technical request/security logs. This release does not install advertising trackers or general analytics.
Consent and access
Responding to your inquiry, optional marketing and optional direct recruiting interest are separate choices. We do not treat a relationship with an accounting brand as permission to use tax information for AI marketing. Retention and launch review
The operator must approve the applicable retention schedule, vendor configuration and notices before enabling live collection. This implementation does not promise zero retention or automatic deletion. Inquiries should be reviewed against a documented retention schedule; unneeded records and logs should be removed with legal obligations considered. We do not represent this notice as a certification of compliance.
