How an engagement runs.
The same four phases every time. Clear scope, tested delivery, and no disappearing after launch.
1 · Map
We document the workflow as it actually runs — steps, tools, owners, volumes, delays, and where exceptions occur. Decisions get a baseline instead of a hunch. This is the audit, and its output is yours regardless of what follows.
2 · Build
We connect the systems you already use and construct the automation around them — CRM, calendars, phones, documents, billing. New tools are introduced only where they clearly earn their place.
3 · Validate
Standard cases, edge cases, approval points, and failure paths are tested with the people who will live with the system. Staff are trained and documentation is written in plain English before go-live.
4 · Operate
After launch: monitoring, issue resolution, cost tracking, and improvement. A 30-day stabilization period is included in builds; ongoing coverage is available through Managed AI Operations.
What to expect.
Scope, investment, timeline, and support terms are put in writing before work begins. You'll hear "that isn't worth automating yet" when it's true. Accounts and systems are set up so you own them. And the person you scope the work with is the person accountable for its delivery.
