Build, test and document
Test missing information, duplicates, permissions and outages - not just ideal inputs. Keep human approvals where the business requires them.
Accept the work and hand it over
Verify the agreed tests. Document the setup, train the operational owner and complete the agreed stabilization period.
Choose ongoing operations
A separate care agreement identifies coverage, response hours, usage, maintenance limits and reporting. New projects are separately scoped.
